    This is not a realiable seller. Im an eBay customer since 2008 . In my shopping experience sometimes we have problems with the sellers but 99 % percent of that problems are resolved by them. Usually achieving a great communication with the seller. In my experience I got problems with two one that was resolved by eBay by phone and this one. I have informed this seller that the envelope arrived empty and open. This situation was informed to the seller and his solution was ridiculous.

    Item showed delivered per tracking. Offered to send another at a discount as she acknowledged having issues receiving packages on her end. Customer agreed then changed her mind on the discount.
