All in all it could've been cleaned better as we had to spend a good amount of time cleaning both phones purchased here but i guess its a minor issue. One would think a "refurbished" product would not have ressidue and dirt and does make me question as to how "refurbished" the prodcut actually is but 2 days in and no major issue with either phone. Overall happy with the purchase.

Battery life is good and was able to swap the Sim from the old phone to this one and get it working in an hour. Didn't come with pin for swapping the Sim but had one laying around and does make it way easier with the dedicated pin.
