Trying to let him understand that it is impossible that he sent the item in the morning when I just paid around 1pm. He gave me a bogus tracking number initially and insisted he sent it. Anyways, another tracking number provided 2 days after my payment which he never mailed. Very confusing person. Ordered the item then ordered the item again. Second order was cancelled. First order was shipped within an hour of order so once its gone to late to cancel.
