I refused to pay $ 199.00 shipping for an offer with an initial 'Free Shipping'. I asked the Creative Artist to honor the initial offer. His reply was to cancel my order choosing "The buyer used the wrong ad dress". Fast shipping by seller. I just can’t be bothered with returns, arguments and potential “restocking” fees. It may be comforting to know that there is a marketplace for value pricing, that it keeps sellers like The Creative Artist in business and that no peoduct goes to waste, regardless of quality control.
