    I received this Seiko clock that was well packaged with a new battery, but the clock was dead as a doornail upon arrival. I requested refund from Seller + he said he would def issue full refund but had a "no refund policy" on this item - I noted that he also had specified that this clock "is fully operational and functions as intended" which is clearly a false statement. He added that eBay did not have a case file on this transaction, so he could not issue a refund - So here is your case file!
