Ordered item (timer), notification from seller showed it was shipped. During this time the seller issued a refund saying the package had been damaged, although it still appeared en route. Received ebay notice saying item was delivered while I was home, immediately went to check, it wasn't. Assumed it was a postal issue and reordered same item from seller, exact same thing happened. No response from seller.
