      Name on my Shipping label was wrong with the correct address. UPS kept the package to verify the name. Resulted in me digging into the status of the package to find out that I had to go to the UPS Store to pick it up myself within 10 days with the wrong name. No email told me these directions came from ebay or the seller. I found it deeper inside the UPS tracking email. Very annoying and caused delay in delivery and definitely tainted my ebay buying experience.

      An Epic Birthday Gift

      Thank you for making the Krups Aqua Control cordless electric kettle available for purchase. Also thank you for accepting my offer, accommodating my payment request and delivery instructions. My soon to be ex brother-in-law is a tea connoisseur and tea drinking fanatic. The Krupa electric kettle is a belated birthday gift and (according to him) it’s absolutely “tip-top”. The kettle is exactly as described and was shipped as indicated. It’s well designed, well made and functionally perfect. Needless to say my brother-in-law is thrilled. For him the gift is a burst of happiness in a sea of impending sadness. Thank you.
