I have bras I have had for a couple years in better shape. When I contacted the seller to resolved they only referred me to eBay. I only purchased because it was new since I knew with the high shipping to Canada, I could not return. Very poor value and customer service. I would not trust their description. The picture was far away that so the condition was not clear.
