The box was well covered in water resistant material but was a little banged up not being within another box. But the tool was fine. Good price. I placed the order by mistake and tried to cancel immediately but Ebay wouldn’t let me. They said once an order is placed the seller has to OK it. Seller didn’t respond for 3 days and said it was too late to cancel. So, be careful when placing an order on EBay that you don’t mistakenly hit the “buy” button.

It is as described, in very good, playable condition. I have another Schmidt which I had purchased new a number of years ago, and I bought this one as a gift for my mom because she expressed interest.
