    Terrible experience with them. Awful communication and slow handling right from the start--I had to email them for updates and was always given multiple excuses for their delays. They also didn't know the rules pertaining to Hilton's ROFR (like that there is a deadline) and, when I asked for the identity of their escrow account/company, they promptly canceled the sale. Shady! Buy from them at your own peril! This wasn't my first resale purchase so I know what to expect from a good seller.
