    Item was shipped and arrived quickly. It was packed securely and was EXTREMELY well protected. The item's physical condition was exactly as described in the auction listing and appeared to be like new. I was able to do a factory reset and to my surprise, the previous owner had upgraded the internal hard drive. It had an 8TB hard drive instead of the 2TB listed in the auction! Currently, the least expensive 8TB unit is $190. This was an UNBELIEVABLE value at $32, including tax!! A+++ seller!
