    Absolutely essential, for peel and stick tile.

    I tiled a very rough surface, particle board substrate. This bond enhancer helped a great deal. I don't think the tile would have stuck other wise. It is critical to have the substrate surface clean, dry and level. This stuff worked very well to help my amateur tiling job, look very professional. I definitely recommend it.
