It's actually so smoothly turning by hand by the special handles on the central nut. Oll you need is little bit over 60 Rpm - than display gets dark and you stop turning and just wait till numbers shows up. Than apply brake ( lever in front of machine). Manual is JUNK! In Chinglish, but very similar manual is online for KT- B700 I love this balancer! Can use on 12V or 110V

I can say the communication with the seller and the shipping company was really good and the item was delivered in excellent condition. It took a couple days to process the order which I completely understand,but once it was processed it arrived the next day. Haven’t even unpacked it yet, but so far it’s gone very well.
