Of course they were all but dead but was able to salvage one. They were packed well but just couldn’t survive the trip. I reached out to seller and they replaced them with the Pics I sent showing they were dead. No questions asked! Shipping is fast, the trees are in beautiful condition, and the packing is great. The package can be a bit of a challenge to get into (so much tape!), but the tree only lost a single leaf as a result. The tree was better than described and a great price for what you get.
