I paid and I was waiting to get it. The seller emailed me that the free shipping is not available anymore. Now it is $ 199.00. I refused to pay $ 199.00 shipping for an offer with an initial 'Free Shipping'. I asked the Creative Artist to honor the initial offer. His reply was to cancel my order choosing "The buyer used the wrong ad dress".
