The bottom was almost completely split open. My order contained a very heavy/large crystal salad bowl. It arrived late, but miraculously in the same condition as in the description.

While I appreciate recycled packaging, it could’ve been more secure. I understand mistakes happen, so I'm not holding it against the seller. Just a suggestion to double-check listings, items, & packing in the future to avoid inconveniencing buyers. Shipping cost was fine, just slow considering our distance but will blame USPS for that. Value of wasn't worth hassle.
