    Works and installs as advertised. End cap comes off on occassion.

    I had to answer yes or no on whether it is good quality or not, but it has an issue. The very end of the handle comes off at times when I grab the shifter. Other than that, it seems to work fine. Installation was very easy.

    It works great. Do not need a $100 an hour mechanic. Changed it out in 20 minutes. Love it as i have 3 trailers an a bass boat. Not hard on transmission now.
