        High torque, great feel, but wow is it loud!

        I purchased this for a great price. And for that it's awesome! My only issue is the fact it's as loud as any "Harbor Freight" tool you can buy. I expected since it was snap-on it wasn't gonna be so loud. I mean it SCREAMS! I did have a leak in a seal after I got it but I purchased the replacement for $4.00 from the Snap-On truck and fixed it myself. Great ratchet though. Just wear some ear plugs! Oh yeah, be careful on smaller hardware also. Torque is pretty darn high. Haven't tried it against a torque wrench to see exact but it's up there.

        Apples to Apples

        The Snap On 1/4 air ratchet is a good quality tool. The other popular brands, not Chinese junk, should also be strongly considered. Of my 2 1/4 air ratchets, this one sits in the drawer the most.
