The printer arrived in good, used condition, but needed extensive cleaning as it appeared not to be used for some time. Once properly cleaned and manually calibrated it was discovered that the 2nd printhead nozzle was (is) protruding too far down to use the printer's automatic calibration. It appears to be the wrong nozzle installed. I will order a new nozzle. Seller was particularly helpful on the phone assisting with payment. Would Buy Again! 5 Star *****
