    The seller has my money and I have nothing. An empty box was delivered to the parcel locker. It had been slit open and the fountain pen I ordered was missing. I immediately sent pictures and contacted the seller. There was no insurance and no help offered to make a claim. I went to the post office here and was told to make a claim online. Hopefully I will at least get some money back. No help from this seller at all.
