They described them as 100% blackout drapes but they do not have a liner; therefore, they are not blackouts. They do block probably 50-60% of the light but do not buy if you're looking for true blackout drapes. That said, if you want a nice looking light filtering drape, then these will work. Other than that, item came fast and was pretty good quality.
