This bit of cost cutting probably won't be a problem for most users. The leveling screws that can be installed in the bottom of each leg are plastic, so might not hold up indefinitely. But the castor wheels are great quality with ball bearings.

Said I was doing everything right to install. A tip: I took a good grade electrical tape and wrapped around the rubber portion of the casters once with tape and tapped with rubber hammer until tight. Solution fixed.
