It is “as described” but had I known that “free shipping” would mean that I would receive the item 27 days later when it was being shipped within the same state I would have gone a different direction. Item was rolled up and mailed as a small tube. I have been told that such “irregular” shapes do not do well within the USPS system. The item itself is fine but the packaging and shipping time were completely unacceptable.
