    I don't ever leave negative feedback, ever unless its extreme. Item arrived the right mic vol switch was broken off. I found it in the bag. The left mic will not work. The unit doesn't detect it. The unit when I turned it on has a heavy reverb like its grounded. Called and tried to resolve it over the phone. They told me to file a claim through Ebay? Really, I was trying to resolve this with the seller.

    Easy to handle, many great features

    Rockville has many great products. The RAM12BT is an awesome product, its loud, compact, MIC work great, good range. you can use a usb, sd card or Bluetooth.

    Works fantastic very helpful

    Bought this speaker last year since I was going to play music at the park but the first preserve wanted a permit to have a power generator so the next best thing was to get a self powered speaker. The speaker lasted about 5 hours so that was great. Just follow the instructions specially about charging it about every month since you don't want the battery to be dead for a long time. Overall it is fantastic.
