The new one has something other than a "open trunk" symbol on the "open trunk" button. Shipping: Free, as promised, and worked fine both coming and returning. Refund was as expected. Seller was very helpful. I called support and they were very attentive to my experience as I tried time and time again to get these fobs to work. Ultimately, the product just didn't work.
