I have purchased these before and for the price and durability, bought some more to replace the ones I purchased over 1 1/2 years ago. I like that they cover the heel if they turn. These are much better then the "no turn" bell boots, which if they turn, leave the heel unprotected. I did replace the velcro on the previous boots, but that wears out sooner and is expected. For the sizing the "cob" is perfect for my not so little quarter horses.
