The Product (50 printer photo paper stickers) was badly packages, without a box, so naturally it did not survive shipping and arrived is a bad state - cannot be safely used in a printer. 2. when I asked for a refund, the seller decided I could still use the product (although my printer manual specifically warns against using paper in such condition!) and refused to issue a full refund. After more than 10 emails, they still won't issue a full refund! for $17!
