      OK for basic stretching, but could be improved upon.

      The product works 'technically', but the rope slips off of the pulleys easily and is slippery, so is hard to pull on. Larger pulley would have helped as well as a 'handle' on the rope to give better pulling leverage.

      Poor quality take a pass on this

      I knew with what it cost is was going to be of poor quality but I didn't expect it too be that bad. DON'T BUY FYI I have an old one made in the USA and I worn out the ankle strap. Also it was missing screws.
