- *****- Feedback left by buyer.Past monthVerified purchaseThese keyboards are not exactly the same as the original thinkpad keyboards. The keycaps stick out a little bit more than the original plus the numlock, mute, fnlock and microphone mute keys are supposed to have LEDs in them to indicate when they are "locked" and this keyboard doesn't do that. The capslock has got a small indication LED so that's good. It's not a bad keyboard considering the price but the lack of indication LEDs may be a dealbreaker for some.

Don't know why unless the location slots on the bottom are not positioned correctly to match the palm rest posts. I contacted seller and they quickly responded and issued a refund. Thus, for their response and quick resolution, I am giving a positive feedback.

One handle was partly charged but the other handle had zero charge and showed no evidence of electrical “life” after an hour on the charger, so I assumed the handle was defective. I sent a message to the seller, who advised keeping the handle on the charger for 24 hours before concluding there was a problem. The seller was right—it took several hours for any of the charging lights to light up but it did fully charge. A+ seller!
