I wasn't feeling too well when I tried to start my new blender. It didn't work. I wrote to the seller explaining what I did. The seller took the initiative to research the item and very kindly wrote back that I needed to push in the button after I moved it to the speed setting. The seller was absolutely right, and of course I was embarrassed. But mostly I was impressed by the seller's calm demeanor and obvious willingness to work with me to figure out the problem. 10 out of 10!
