    The shifter came in as described by the seller and has the pictures had shown. The sower had packaged up the shifter with lots of foam and insulation to assure that it had not been damaged in shipping. This was a great value, considering the shifter handle by itself with the overdrive button just cost the same as what I had paid for the whole shift .
