The wood under neath the carpet was crushed where it impacted. I'm sure the seller had no control over the delivery performance. I'm going to test it tomorrow, hopefully nothing inside broke. If it works I'm ok with it. Im going to remove the grill and see if I could bend it back to normal. Other than that, the seller is awesome, quick delivery, easy transaction.
