The bushing bearing did have the flat side that is needed to fit where the grease fitting is. It turns out the flat side isn't deep enough to not contact the grease fitting, the original bushing bearing had a deeper indentation at the bottom end of the flat side, so I use a grinder to create a similar indentation on the new one, and it insstalled, and seems to be working fine.

I got these in a reasonable time, but they aren't made of the same material as OEM parts, I have to return the spindles to Caltric, they're unusable, and judging by those, I'm very leary to even try these. If Celox offered free return shipping, I'd send them back. if I have to pay to return them, I'll get next to nothing refunded. Buyer beware on Caltric parts.
