The plastic case that the hole saws came in was also damaged and a drill bit was hanging out. Not sure if parts were lost because of the way it was tossed around & poorly handled in shipping. And while that’s not the sellers fault, the item should be sent in a more secure shipping box instead of a plastic bag. The tools inside were pretty scrambled as well. See pics attached.
