They said didn't know about it and "The scratches came from storage" It was in a toploader how does that happen? They offered me to send it back but due to the rarity of her autograph on a supernatural item I'm not going to take chances trying to find another, list the condition accurately for future customers please. Other than that shipping and packing was good.
