    Seller shipped quickly. The cabinet is only 5 layers as described. Another one I ordered four years ago has six layers and it holds more CD's. This one has larger spacing on the second half upward. The larger layer holds DVD movies in their plastic cases. The only way to hold music CD's is to stack a second layer on top of the row on the second half upward. This will make your CD collection look acquard to some. I do not have as many DVD movies but do have lots of music CD's .

    I like it. All my CDs fill it in . I had to tweek it a little so the shelf's were level. I think I was given 2of the same #2 side but I worked out and all is good. It fit in the place I wanted it to go. I do like it a lot .

    The predrilled holes for shelf positions...

    The predrilled holes for shelf positions are not useful. With a fixed center shelf, you can't make efficient use of the space. You end up wasting lots of vertical space. I don't know what the product designers expected people to put on these shelves but it certainly wasn't CDs.

    This item doesn't have much space for any forms of media within reason. The shelf spacing in either just too small for small cases and far too large for large ones leaving a lot of empty space that is unnecessary for storage. It leans forward heavily when full and the measurements while true are for the top and bottom overhangs so it doesn't give a good idea of the width of the shelves. I will be requesting a return.
