After some research, I discovered that the model in the photos is wearing these pants in about two sizes larger than what she is. This gives the baggy, vintage effect. These pants are super cool if you know how to do the sizes. You'll need a belt, but you get a paperbag waist effect plus the vintage. The seller was quick to respond, too.
