      Slightly outdated but still good.

      Although one month outdated, the Calcium hasn't lost strength. I take 2 a day, and it will be good for no longer than I will have it. Unless a professional could prove otherwise I'm happy with it. Saved me money, which does not come before the quality; however as I said it is only one month outdated and will be used quickly. I do believe the pharmaceutical companies should put the date related to potency and the chemicals in drugs that can change their composition as the expiration date instead.

      I am allergic. Made my mouth swell and become very dry and left a metallic taste in my mouth. Maybe too many products in one. In think I will just buy my Calcium and vitamin D3 separately.
