As a refurbished device and given Apple’s intolerance for third-party repairs, the phone gave me a few unhappy warnings. But the seller was super responsive to my questions, and offered both information and options. With their help I was able to verify the battery health for the replacement battery (it was 100% !!) and get the phone to recognize/display the health in the Settings app!

I was disappointed to learn that Battery Health doesn't work and the phone has a non-Apple battery, but was happy with the seller's response when I asked. They confirmed that they installed a new battery as part of the refurb and recommended using 3uTools software to verify and monitor battery health since Apple disables health monitoring on third-party batteries. Happy with the phone! And eBay refurbished insurance is comforting.

Very happy with choice - $1270 rather than $3000 for new one Would order from supplier again.

Only issue was the packaging—the box wasn’t sealed properly and was shipped in just a FedEx envelope, which felt a bit risky. Luckily, no damage. Overall, great experience and would buy from this seller again.

A mention about shipping which is known, out of the hand of Supplytronics, the outer box had a hole in it, 1 inch by 1 & a half inches. Supplytronics prepared for this possibility by putting a box within a box. The outer box was Very Stout and large, some shipping wrap? may have gone inside to keep inter computer box from sliding around, but outer damage didn't effect the inter. Shipping so often comes with issues. Supplytronics was GREAT. Great Indeed
