    LOST VALUE

    Got two boxes of the genuine.................first one installed would not print. Printer would not recognize it. (don't know why). Put in the second one and worked perfectly. So I have one perfectly good (I assume) box of the ink that I won't be able to use. Already opened and no good to me.
