I called my neighbors to see if the item had been delivered to their house. ( as we have had items delivered by Fed Ex, go to our neighbors home instead of ours, in the past. But no one had received anything.

I had to wait 10 days to follow up with eBay and they refunded my money on the 1 missing tire. I’m sure that FedEx is the culprit but the seller puts a shipping label that is not secured and probably fell off and secondly did not follow through like promised.
