I was home the day the delivery was scheduled. I seen on the tracking that it showed item delivered, but I didn’t receive it. I sent emails explaining I hadn’t received my package. I called my neighbors to see if the item had been delivered to their house. ( as we have had items delivered by Fed Ex, go to our neighbors home instead of ours, in the past. But no one had received anything.

I’m sure that FedEx is the culprit but the seller puts a shipping label that is not secured and probably fell off and secondly did not follow through like promised. There was absolutely nothing wrong with my shipping address. I guess if the price is too good to be true, it truly is too good to be true. Dishonest way to do business, especially when "free nationwide shipping" is advertised front & center. Not impressed.
