The second purchase got stolen by FedEx (gave 3 different stories) and I had to go through a lot to get another Ebay coupon to repurchase them since the original coupon expired. Advised Ebay to change their policy to honor coupons that have expired if items get lost/stolen and customer has to repurchase and to make it easier to access chat feature.
