    The braces were not the best choice for me for CTS. I desired something not so bulky and comfortable for sleeping. This product IS both. The downside is that since this product does not have the metal brace inserts, my wrists still bent while sleeping and cut off my circulation. When I tightened the straps, I awoke with swollen hands. All in all the product is fine but wasn't the best choice for my carpal tunnel syndrome.
