I called my neighbors to see if the item had been delivered to their house. ( as we have had items delivered by Fed Ex, go to our neighbors home instead of ours, in the past. But no one had received anything.

Dishonest way to do business, especially when "free nationwide shipping" is advertised front & center. Not impressed.
