When I received the item I realized it had been opened. Seller admitted it had been opened but refused to accept return. I would not put this Waterpik in my mouth knowing someone I don't even know has handled it. Buyer filed a claim and I had to take the return back. When I received the box back I inspected it and the water tank was opened from the sealed bag & safety seal removed. Not returned in same condition. Be ware
