    in July i purchased a Givenchy bag @ a private sale. when i got home i realized the zipper puller was missing. i went to 3 leather repair shops for a replacement, but they only had generic lookalikes. i reached out to Givenchy customer service & after weeks of going back & forth via phone/email, i was finally told in October that since the bag was purchased at a sale, the warranty is void. i called a friend to vent my frustrations and she advised me to try eBay - best decision ever!!
