Ends are clean cut. You might still want them trimmed to your exact lengths, but they’re ready for welding or clamping. Arrived in 2 bussiness days! Highly recommend 😁

The tubing is all usable but the mandrel bender left large gouges in all the bends which is annoying and it shipped covered in oil so all of it has to be heavily cleaned and degreased prior to use when usually just a wipe with acetone is enough to prep stainless. Overall is what its supposed to be, but if you buy the cheapest, expect some additional hassle.
