    Seller never shipped item, nor did they respond to my request for a status update. When it didn't arrive, I contacted eBay's customer service and they, of course made me wait for another week. By the time I got reimbursed for the item, 6 weeks or better had gone by. This is what irks me about eBay; I had to give the money right away, but to get the item or get my money back, I have to wait a long time. At a minimum of a week after I request help.
