    Is the Goodyear Eagle GT 2 a good tire?

    I've been buying this tire for years for my 05 silverado crew cab 2wd. It is a great tire in both dry and rainy conditions, it wears great and this size (285-50-20) (111H) has a wide footprint and gives pleanty of traction and stability on curvy roads at high speeds. I will continue to buy this tire and if I could give it ten stars I would.

    #3rd set of these

    Great tire with decent tread life...even with a heavyfoot and the occasional burnout these sets have lasted 30k and still in good enough shape that my tire shop has been buying my old set..basically free mounting/balancing and few extra buck plus I'm rolling on fresh tires...enjoy!
